Rod Khavari is a great attorney. What I appreciate most is that he will listen to the facts (and the emotions) of the case and then he will explain the options available and clearly represent the pros and cons of each course of action.  He does an incredible job of managing expectations and will not promise to do something or encourage actions that will increase cost but not have the results expected. I appreciate that when I talk with Rod, he is efficient, concise and sensitive to the financial aspect of his work and how it impacts his clients.  He is definitely worth what he charges and he is really good at what he does.  I highly recommend Rod for your legal and litigation needs.
