I see a lot of brow reviews here are negative. The staff isn't super friendly and the lines can be very long. But other than that, this is the place I love to get my brows done because they do a really amazing job! Every other brow place I go to doesn't get it perfect like the people here. They give me five star brows, so I'm giving them five stars.

Awful customer service. They could not care less about your business. Just changed their policy when customers call in for waxing services. If you don't give a deposit over the phone, they charge you more money for the service. What?!?! What business does that?!?! I do not give my credit card number over the phone, and did not have time to come in to pay a cash deposit, so she informs me that my appointment will be regarded as a walk-in service and that is $5 more. It is ridiculous! And, it's not like they are the nicest, cleanest waxing salon out there. The waxing sheets have drips of wax from previous clients' visits? The interior paint job is atrocious, and there is no element of warmth or friendliness in their service. They give the impression that they are doing you a favor by taking you as client. Lackadaisical attitude. Nickel-and-diming the customers! Don't waste your time and money by going here.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. My daughter accidentally broke a small glass and the owner treated both of us in the worst possible manner. Made us wait for 25 minutes and let us leave without completing the service like a punishment. Please do not go!.

I swore 5 years ago I would never come back to this place. Due to terrible customer service and terrible workmanship.But today I found myself in a pinch and in desperate need of a lip wax and brow threading. It was the closest salon nearby. I walked in and the woman did not bother to greet me and barely acknowledge my presence when I spoke to her. She was rude and nonchalant. Needless to say I just walked out with a terrible brow threading job. She ruined the shape of my brows after 4 weeks of growing them out. She also left the wax on my lip too long and burned my skin. Whatever you do, do not go here. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. If necessary go to Khoobsurat in Kent but do not go to this salon, it is horrendous. The customer service was SO BAD. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EVEN WORSE. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

First off, I went in and they did not sanitize the area they were going to wax. I told the lady nicely to please sanitize the area before waxing, she pretended like she did not hear me. She waxed my brows and my upper lip. My lip was patchy and all the hair was not completely waxed off. She then began doing my brows, she threaded them unevenly. One eyebrow is now currently a lot thicker than the other one. When it was time for me to pay, she let me know there was also an additional fee if I used my debit card. She didn't notify me of any extra fees before the service. If you want friendly staff, a good environment, and good service, don't go here. It is clear that some of these ladies didn't attend beauty school.
