I ended up at this dealership because my father was looking for a vehicle that would be a better fit for him. Everything started out normal but ended up being one of the worst experiences I ever had. The sales man wouldn't listen to the customer, instead he ended up listening to his selfishness (greed). The salesman was given a price range and instead he went by the price range of the loan. The salesman was trying to take advantage of an elderly man. He also tried starting a fight between my father and me. My father finally realised I was trying to help him out by looking out for his best interests.

We found a great car within our price range on Friday and the dealership let us check out the vehicle over the weekend. Dad purchased the vehicle Monday morning. Anyways, he said he would return your call sometime tomorrow. Your sales team needs to be more involved with the customers needs instead of their commissions. Have a wonderful week!

On my first trip to Kia, I ended up leaving with a new car. It was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Randy and Josh asked me all the right questions and helped us find the perfect fit and I couldn't be happier! I rather enjoyed banging that gong as well! Thanks for a great experience.

Kia of Mankato is amazing! The service is absolutely incredible! I came in looking for a specific car and Justin and Josh were able to give me a great deal, better than any other dealer in Mankato. Such friendly service from the front desk staff, to the sales floor, to the people in the service department! I will definitely be back in the future if I need any other cars and will be recommending to friends and family!

Had a good buying experience and got a 2018 Kia Forte with Apple play and I love it!  I worked with Justen and after a lot of hard work we got it done! I suggest asking for Justen when you walk in because he is great!
