Always come here for service on my car.  Before I bought this car I had tried other service stations from Walmart on the way up to Midas and Conrad's and that sort of thing ... they have nothing on Kia of Streetsboro.  When I take my car there I know it's getting fixed properly the first time- I've never had to have a repair tweaked. They only recommend what is really needed at that time, what might be coming up, and they advise what can and can't wait to be sure I can fit things into the budget well keeping my car safely maintained.  The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Josh (Sales) and Ron (Finance) were incredible to work with. No Pressure at all, presented us with the best deal in Northeast Ohio. Highly recommend.
Sales Counter was also enjoyable to  work with. Purchased my crossbars for my Soul directly through them and cheaper then the web.

The appointment scheduling and reception was great, but when I was shown on the paperwork that my vehicle was complete and all fluids were topped off. I then questioned the coolant level because I knew that it was low, I personally checked all of the fluids before coming to the appointment. I was then asked whether I wanted the person that serviced my vehicle to go over it with me and I said yes. That person found the coolant to be low and then filled it to the proper level. As a paying customer, I would appreciate having the service performed match the  paperwork.

Purchased my third Kia, but the first from Kia of Streetsboro earlier this month. They have been servicing my Kias for a couple of years now, and I  have found the service department to be honest and fair, and they stand behind their work. 

The sales experience for me was straightforward and no pressure. The salesperson I worked with (Tamara C) was respectful and followed up consistently during the transaction. I am a highly detail-oriented buyer, and know exactly what I want when buying a car. She helped me find exactly the right car, and was patient with me as I came to a decision.

I always know the fair market value of my trade, my credit score, current incentives, etc. when buying a car - and I feel that coming in prepared with this information made for a pretty easy negotiation. If you are honest, are backed up with factual info on your trade value and communicate clearly, you'll find the sales team and managers here (at least the ones I dealt with) to be very professional.

I would buy another vehicle from Kia of Streetsboro based on my experience and will continue to use them for service on my Kias.

My wife and I were towed to this dealership form Route 80.  They were welcoming, pleasant, and immediately offered us a free loaner for the evening because it was closing time when we got there and they could not service the car until the next day.  They called early the next day and said we were good to go.  Considering that we broke down on Route 80 and were expecting the worst we got the best.  Thank you Kia and all your service people.
