Honestly it was the best services that I have experienced at a car dealership. From the time that I arrived their number one goal was to please me. Everything I chose I got never been so pleased and the sales guy Mr. James Jones was the best . I would very highly recommend

Wonderful sales person. Was surprised by some  fees not mentioned in the original quote until the contract was written up but otherwise no pressure, very attentive and knowledgeable.

I really didn't know what to expect from the people at the dealership. This was the first time I bought a "new" car. I used craigslist junkers throughout college because cars were always getting dinged up in the dorm parking lots. I was somewhat nervous due to the Hollywood stereotype of the less-than-honest car salesman.
I did not experience anything negative. I'm short, young and look a lot younger than I am, so I am used to being treated like a lost child. The salesmen here were professional and took me seriously. They walked me through the process, listened to what I said, and helped me find a car that would work for me while falling within my price range.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible. They were given the vin & all other information about my trade over the phone, because we lived 2 hours away. They gave us a trade in offer, which we knew was subject to change a little. We drove 2 hours, expecting to get the car, only to have them offer $3,000 less trade-in at the last minute. Terrible service. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.
