Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of supplies to suit everyone's skill level from the beginner to the advanced. Some of the best prices around. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

This experience is mine and yours may be different. I was reluctant to say I am displeased with the vaporiźer I purchased from within kick ash. As i returned on the seventh day I was prying open the acess to the atomizer to no avail. The kid working there explained if he could get it working I am unable to return it. Well he inturn used a tool unavailable to me since i was traveling. He then replaced the atomizer i purchsed and set it to the "proper" settings. It blew burnt vapor instantly. Something went wrong when he installed it. He tried it and said it tasted fine. A lie! In short i bought a vapor was not satisfied, they refused a return, then broke one of my atomizers and fibbed. I would not go here again!

I dont like dealing with Zaiz I'd rather deal with someone who doesn't act confused and who is friendlier for 2 days I've had to with Zaiz and every time I left I was pissed and unsatisfied
Was really hoping that the person I had talked to on the phone earlier would've been there

Great customer service, decent prices, and always a good selection of bargain juice that I really like. My only complaint is that I actually have to get all my juice from the bargain shelf because they don't carry the more premium stuff in the strengths I require (18 mg and up).....
