I have been taking my kids to Dr. Paul even before he opened his office in Escondido. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his team, Our experience has always been great! Thank you for taking good care of us.

We had a couple "meh" appointments here, nothing that would warrant a review.  But then my kiddo had a cavity to fill.  They tried 2 different appointments, but were unsuccessful.  They said that she was "uncooperative" (because the xrays were uncomfortable and she cried).  It's fine to think that she was not being cooperative and discuss it with the parent(s) in private.  BUT NOT OKAY TO SAY SEVERAL TIMES IN FRONT OF THE KIDDO!!  They also had not scheduled the apt correctly allowing time to fix the cavity correctly and wanted to reschedule A THIRD TIME!
Our experiences here were never great, but our last one was really bad.  I called the Manager and complained and we will never go back.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Paul since his office first opened.  My little girl was just about a year old when she had her first appointment.  She wasn't the most patient patient, but Dr. Paul was terrific and compassionate.  My little boy was mesmerized by all the things in Dr. Paul's office that help kids focus on something other than the fact that they are getting their teeth cleaned, that someone is poking at their teeth, etc., and has gotten through each appointment (twice a year for about five years now) with flying colors.  The office is great, the staff is helpful and professional while still being friendly, scheduling is on track, and the whole experience is comfortable.  I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for a phenomenal kids' dentist.
