Story

Kiechel Fine Art specializes in 20th century Regionalist art including work by John Steuart Curry, Thomas Hart Benton, Dale Nichols and Grant Wood. KFA is proud to represent the John Steuart Curry Estate and work with the Thomas Hart Benton Trust. Our contemporary collection focuses on area masters in drawing, painting and sculpture. We offer consultation for individual and corporate collectors as well as museums and are certified by the International Society of Appraisers for fine art.

A highlight of a downtown Lincoln visit is to browse the Kiechel Fine Art Gallery. I was recently in Lincoln and I stopped by the gallery to check out the local art. The gallery space is beautiful and there is a comprehensive selection of regional art. I had some questions about a student of Thomas Hart Benton's and the staff immediately knew the artist and was familiar with the selling history and valuation of auction prices for this artist. I expected I'd have to go to Kansas City to get this kind of help. Thank you Kiechel Fine Art.

The new downtown location is a beautiful and unique gallery. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a great experience to tour the building.

Kiechel Fine Art is a great gallery in Lincoln that exhibits local living artist as well as some works by regionalist artist.  I especially enjoyed the works by Benton.  They also have fun events in a great space.

Happy they are finally downtown!

Ps- I don't think Gerrie knows what he's talking about. ^  I'd like to quiz him sometime.
