I’m an anxious patient when it involves my teeth and Dr Kiene was so kind and compassionate about my fear. They made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed/educated to the steps he was performing. I’m excited that my mouth/teeth feel normal today! I’ve another procedure coming up and know I don’t have to be the scared person I was.

Today was my bi-annual appointment to get my teeth cleaned. From the front desk to the dental chair to the business office, I was treated with the warmth, professionalism, and excellent customer service I have grown to expect. Crystal greeted me like an old friend. Madison made some accommodations to provide the most comfortable cleaning I have ever experienced. Dr. Josh immediately put me at ease with his competence and kindness. Connie discussed future plan of treatment options with both clarity and empathy. Rose patiently walked me through insurance details at checkout. This caliber of patient care is typical of Kiene Dental Group and the reason I am proud to recommend this practice to others. You will not find a better place to meet your dental needs!

The best Dental Group around. Andrew is my hygentist and knows what it takes to help me feel comfortable. Dr. Sousa explains things so I understand. Because of a bad gag reflex I use sedation dentistry and I trust the office, staff and Drs. with my care.

Kiene Dental is the only dentist's office I will go to. Dr. Sousa is amazing! He explains everything thoroughly and with compassion and understanding. I've had multiple hygienists, all fantastic. Madison has been my hygienist my last few appointments and is so kind and has been so helpful in giving dental hygiene advice. The office ladies are also the best. Connie was simply wonderful when explaining my treatment and my insurance. This is a special group. I've had a fear of going to the dentist for years, but this office is changing that.

My best friend had been going to Kiene Dental for awhile and since I have new insurance, I was on the search for new doctor. I booked my appointment early this morning and from the moment I walked into the office, I immediately felt welcomed. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dental consultant, and finally to the dentist himself, everyone was friendly in a genuinely FRIENDLY way. Not a passing "this is part of my job" kind of way. It was so refreshing to see them feel my anxious energy and calm me by telling stories and being very entertaining. In addition to the calm and friendly atmosphere, they were very thorough and detailed with the information they had to give regarding my particular situation. Dr. Sousa will forever be my dentist!! Thank you so much!
