This company has had our apartments  in chaos  for more then a month.  No planning on how they come in to do things.  Paint everywhere no respect for your items inside. They had paint all over my live plants.  No warnings of when they come into your home. They just move your personal stuff without asking and then move it reckless and break things. They don't pick up after themselves.  3 flat tires due to nails.  A nail through  my dogs foot.  Sloppy work very cheap.  Killed all of the grass simply due to them leaving all there garbage and stuff out of the rain gutters that they don't clean up.  No compensation for any of it and that includes from boulder pines apartments. Very rude used language that shouldn't be used around kids to my husband directly when he simply asked them to clean up there garbage.  Our nice apartments look like skid row due to all the trash everywhere.  Very very disappointing. No communication  to the apartment office they can't even give warning notices because they are so out of the loop and they are the ones paying.  If I could give a negative  star I would.  It's just sad for any contractor to be so disorganized  and rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this company if you want things done right.

As a sub this is an incredibly professional company to work with.  We submitted an inaccurate bid, about 90% short of a fair price.  Rather than take advantage of our error, Kevin from Keir called us to inform us of the error.  We pulled the bid from all GC's.  Kier saved our hides on this one.
