Lots of tree -clearing has happened in this park lately so tree cover is very sparse. Camp sites are very basic and sunny because of the lack of trees. Very popular with kids and families! If you're looking for friends for your kids to play with they'll find a ton of them here.

Beautiful place. Short walk to Surveyors Lake. Nice beach. Playground at campsite for kids. Clean outhouses. Nice staff.

Nice beach and calm lake for water sports. Swimmers itch a possibility but we swam with no problem.
