Not the best area but I am grateful for the branch because my daughter's and I go here 4 to 5 times a week. The staff for the most part is friendly and very helpful. The programs offered to the community through this library are very much appreciated and I'm glad it's in walking distance because we don't own a car.

This library's computer area is much quiter and I'm able to concentrate better because there are not children running around making noise in that area. The children's secrion is away from the computer area and honestly just my opinion since I have been coming back since it's closer to my home, people controls their children better here and the patrons aren't rude. Thanks City of Killeen for making these upgrades in this library!

Great experience first time ever visiting the library in this area the lady's at the front desk were very knowledgeable and willing to help I signed up for library card with no problem what so ever. Overall great experience!!

Very friendly staff!! My boys and I get the most help from the woman in the kids section. She always greets us with the biggest smile.
