after 5 phone calls and 4 unanswered messages left at this office, I am still having bills delivered to my father as "responsible party" with all of the details of my medical visit and lab work, I haven't been on his insurance in 7 years nor lived at their address in 4 years! They can't seem to get it together. Also had blood work done and want told it would cost me an additional $53 to have that done on top of my $25 copay. Dr. Burkmar did not diagnose my ailment and sent me for tests that she never followed up with me on. The ultrasound she had me sent out for was going to cost $600+ so I didn't do that. This place is a money pit and their front desk staff is highly incompetent. I have been going to this office since I was in middle school (now 30 years old) but will never be back.

Desk staff is awful. Been sick four times since January. Every time I call I get told they have nothing until a week out.  Go to minute clinic pay get prescribed mucinex then with in a week I'm sick again. Staff doesn't care. Ask for doctor to give me a call and tell her I want it into the notes that I've been turned away three times. That's I'll find another PCP if they never see me. Staff doesn't care. Use to be so nice there. Now I'm looking for a new Dr. Even though the doctors are great. Bad staff brings whole office down.

I have complain about their servcies and Dr. Birkmar mailed me a letter letting me know that she cant be my doctor anymore. How profesional and ethical is that. They should be ashamed of themself.

Love the doctors and Zach! But the front office staff is awful! Iv called four times in the last week with no answer and no response!!!

I'll start with the good. Dr. Burkmar and her MAs/CNAs were very nice and professional and helpful. If they had a better front desk staff, I wouldn't be looking elsewhere for my care. Trying to make an appointment for a yearly checkup took 2 days worth of calling. The phone would either ring and ring or an automated message would pick up, and I'd never get put through to anyone. Trying to make a sick visit appt? Same deal. Called all morning to never even have my phone call answered. Not worth the hassle.
