Going here for a year. Never missed an appointment until last week. Called to say I'd be a few minutes late and she refused my business saying she wanted to go home now in a very rude manner. I had an emergency and was unable to get there sooner and explained but she was not understanding at all. No customer service, simply rude and obnoxious toward a one year once a month patron. When I mentioned I was disappointed she proceeded to hang up on my face. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be spoken to with respect. From the beginning they were very cold and full of themselves. Nothing friendly about them, brought fresh picked strawberries and tipped every time with zero appreciation. If your reading reviews you deserve a better facility for you and your dog. Totally disappointed and wouldn't recommend based on attitude. Very unfortunate and surprised they still have business with that attitude.

This is a great place. Very much worth going too. I loved the people there and my Yorkie got the best haircut he ever had. (He is 12 now and has been getting groomed since he was a puppy). Melissa did his hair. Every dog the other groomers were doing their all looked amazing too. There was a lady there who cleaned his teeth her name was Julie. She did way better then my vet does them and showed me the before and after picture. Amazing and a lot cheaper. You should check this place out.

Kim and Debbie's pet salon is AMAZING! My dog normally hates going to the groomer, but she leaves here happy. They are extremly friendly and helpful. Will continue to visit for years to come!

Melissa did a beautiful job on our older Pomeranian today! She was also very gentle with her which we appreciate because she has a delicate leg from a past surgery. Kokopuff was not stressed out at all, and she looks gorgeous.

They would not take my dog, he is a small to medium dog and they would not take him because of his size. Her first instinct was to say no to a customer. Their website literally says they take all size of dogs. Mine is only 30lbs. They have a horrible business strategy.
