Option #1 Eggroll is the most popular choice and the one recommended by the owner herself. The ingredients taste very fresh and very well made. The owner Kim was friendly and very hard working. She recommends to call or text her before coming and she can have the order ready upon arrival. Freshly fried egg rolls takes 10 minutes to prepare. I would definitely go out of my way to purchase her egg rolls again. She sells frozen ones too for you to fry at home yourself. Best to call or text in your order, since some evenings she may decide to close earlier than posted closing time. She basically just sell one item - and it’s egg rolls. With slightly different options of egg rolls ingredients. So she’s gotta be good. I was not disappointed. The drinks through, I didn’t try and likely won’t try. Kim was super nice and sweet to inform that they’re not made of instant powder which is not my type of thing. Convenient for those who just want a quick add on to a quick egg rolls lunch. Location didn’t really stand out, parking and ordering window is at the back of the building with enough parking. I pulled a couple of U-Turns to finally find this place. But it was worth it.
I ordered some pork egg rolls a day in advance because of the holidays. I scheduled for a pick up at 5 pm the following day, They said that it going to take an additional 15 min wait which was no big deal, they then ask for their payment, after which they informed me that they were out of pork. They could not tell me that before they charged me!!!! I could have gone somewhere else...... Eff this place!
Great Egg rolls!!! I GOT THE CHICKEN AND PORK 1/2 and 1/2. Little hole in the wall but that’s all they make!!! Needs to add sauces
Their eggrolls are so delicious and they have an excellent customer service. I am so happy that I have a chance to eat Kim Hong eggrolls again. I ordered from Nebraska and they shipped to me.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I look for reasons to visit Westminster and get my spring roll fix. Highly recommend you pick two or three kinds of egg rolls on the menu and get 10 of each. Each spring roll is between 70 cents to a dollar. Incredibly worth it. You have to drive into the lot at the back of the building and pick up your order. Because there isn’t a sit down area I HIGHLY recommend calling your order in before you get there. Don’t forget the sweet chilli sauce for a few dollars more. Cash only as well.
Delicious special egg rolls, very kind lady services, and very cheap prices
The lady who is in charge is super mean and tried to charge $5 extra, which is essentially a certificate of authenticity when it comes to really good Asian food. Bought 100 egg rolls, everyone loved it. Superb wrap, crumbled like a croissant. Sauce could have been stronger but they give you plenty for a $1. Buying them frozen is something I want to try because eating them straight from the fryer is an amazing experience. The pedant in me wants to claim there are better egg rolls but I have yet to find one within a reasonable distance and price. If anyone knows of one let me know, but otherwise this is where I'll go for egg rolls until I find that magical place.
She's been my eggroll lady for the past 8 years. I live out of state now, but always take home a frozen bag of this amazingness to fry up later!! Her fried egg-rolls are made with fresh from the garden ingredients.
Excellent customer service. Owner works very hard and makes the best shrimp/pork eggrolls #4 and shrimp rolls #7 ever. Very meaty and very tasty.
Small catering place, but you can also order small portions. Egg rolls are delicious! Very nice people and good customer service. Will be coming back for more.
