I was very pleased with my nails this whole time  until today.. my nails  were filed crooked, my polish was bubbly, the nails are not filed smooth, it looks like I need them filled after just having them filled. I honestly think that he needs to stick to just doing toe nails and not even touch finger nails..... disappointed with my nails today.  I'll go back but in hopes that I don't ever get him again.

went to get acrylics and ended up with a bunch of crooked nails and the shape that I requested was completely off. I nicely asked if there was anything she could do about it and the lady started getting all snappy with me and almost yelling. She made me pay full price and wouldn’t even remove them for me. i’ll be taking my business elsewhere. What ever happened to customer satisfaction guarantee?

I waited over an hour to get service. Then I sat down at the chair and it was not even real nail polish remover, it was some sponge thing that I stuck my fingers in and made a bad smell. Then I asked her to fix the lifts on my nails and she asked if I wanted it glued and she decided to take off my whole nail and it hurt a lot and then charged me for it. Then I asked for a cut down and a couple of my nails weren’t cut enough so I asked 3 times to get them shorter and then she didn’t level them off. Then when she painted them, there was a smudge. Overall worst experience I have ever had. I didn’t want to make a scene because I wanted to get out after being there for over 2 hours. Awful.

I have been to several nail salons in central Pennsylvania, and I always have a great experience at Kim's. Her staff does a wonderful job and I'm never worried about who I'm going to get.
