Firstly as a SPA guru I do have to say I hardly ever treat myself.. and a couple weeks ago I decided my toes needed some loving.. I had never been into Kim's SPA before.. My friend and I went in to pedicures, she had a gentleman and I KIM(which at the time I didn't know she was the owner)
Amazing touch! I felt very relaxed and my favorite part was the paraffin ! I will be going back

They are friendly and clean at Kim's nail spa. They try to accommodate the customer's needs as much as possible.

Nice little place for nails.  Nothing spectacular but they do great manis and pedis.

Terrible!  RipOff! Worst manicure/pediure ever.  I made an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes. Manicure lasted 2 days.  When I called to get a refund or a re-do, KIM told me I was too rough on my nails and she is a perfectionist (total BS), which doesnt matter because someone else did my nails.  In the hour and a half I was there I did not see ONE pedicure tub be washed out between customers.  Disgusting. When I brought this up to her she said they do it so fast I didnt see it.  Right.  Ultimately she hung up on me.  NEVER AGAIN and I suggest the same.  They do not deserve to be in business in Aspen.
