Needed roadside assistance on a vehicle, they sent out dodge neon to change a tire when we needed a tow. When I made the agent aware, she was completely ok with letting me leave as a customer than help out with a $60 charge for sending out the wrong service. They also have raised my rate every 6 months and when I asked why, they said accords are getting in more accidents! Not me but my car model- horrible service!
