Kimball Roofing is a joke.  I have seen there lifetime warranty roof sign so I scheduled an appointment with his secretary.  He called before the meet and said he was running late.  Then on the call he asked who he was meeting. He then told me he normally charges for bids and then just said that he didn't want it at all and hung up.  Kimball is incredible un-professional and I didn't even get a bid.  Go find someone else.  He is rude and there are to many people that want to work to hire someone like this.

I worked directly with the owner on a roof repair. He did not perform the repair agreed to. When I called him on the work he did, he threatened me with a law suit. He never fixed his work and when I told him I would not pay until he made it right, he told me he would take the money directly out of my bank account (I had authorized a withdrawal for the down payment). Do not give this contractor your bank account information. Better to find a reputable roofer. Google Kimball roofing to see his history. He has many complaints and other more serious issues.

Kimball is very knowledgeable in what he does.  Will provide you the best for your money, he will help you work within your budget if necessary. We paid him early and he still showed up to finish the job!  :-). His crew is super dependable and will do an excellent job from the beginning to the end.  He is great to explain everything to you.  Easy to reach on the phone and always returns calls promptly. We highly recommend Kimball Roofing for all your roofing needs and would use them again.

Work done in summer/fall 2014.  Run away from these guys!  The most dishonest, crooked company I have ever done business with.  We had a complete tear off and roof replacement done by them and they con'd us into doing some siding work as well.  I had mentioned how a liked the Hardy vertical Board and Batten look and so he brought some catalogs by and showed us some products.  They were from CertainTeed rather than Hardy brand which I was ok with.

After charging us nearly $42k, they just drove down to the Home Depot and got some basic cedar boards and nailed them to the house.  The spacing is inconsistent, and a lot further than I wanted.  No caulking and the craftsmanship looks like a little kid did it.  A full month from tear off, to even starting to lay down shingles.  We had rain water coming in all over.

They are as dirty as they look.  They threw their drink cups, lunch and other garbage in our bushes and I am still picking up nails and shingle scraps out of my lawn and flower beds.  Real pieces of work here, wow!  I would give 0 stars if I could.

The most dishonest professional I have ever come across. My mom contracted him to fix one part of her roof that was damage and leaking inside of her bedroom. I showed Mr. Kimbal exactly where was the problem. At the day he came to fix her roof, a month after he was supposed to do it, I noticed he was leaving after working on the roof for only 1 hr and 30min, I also noticed his dad coming down the ladder on the other side of the roof where was not the demage causing the leaking. I told him and asked him, "you know the demage on the roof that I wanted you to fix is right there?" (Pointed to the right place). He said yes I know, I fixed it, if still leaking call me and I will do something else with no extra charge. So as expected, the next day that snowed water leaked inside my bedroom. I called him and he sent 2 Mexican guys that looked at my roof and said that She would have to pay another 2k to repair the demage on my mom's roof. I couldn't believe that mr. Kimball actually didn't even touched the part of the roof that we contracted him for. I asked him for my mom's money back and he said that he wouldn't do it. We are taking him to Court. And I hope this will teach him a lesson to not take advantage of a senior women with a ill husband paraplegic in a wheelchair.
