I had an excellent experience with them!  Would highly recommend these folks for any kind of vehicle lemon law or breach of warranty claim!  Attorney Jacqueline Herritt did beyond an excellent job in representing me in my case and I can't say enough good about her and this company.  She was kind, compassionate, professional, very helpful, and obtained the results I was hoping for!  For anyone wondering if they should contact these folks for help with a vehicle lemon law or breach of warranty concern, I would say definitely do not hesitate to contact them.  You will not be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying that if you are looking for a lemon law firm, look no further.  The service that I recieved from Kimmel and Silverman (specifically Bob Silverman and Gracie Klein) was truly exemplary.  Had it not been for their diligence, understanding, and professionalism, my wife and four children would still be driving around in an extremely unsafe vehicle.

We initially lessed a new Chevy SUV in July of 2016.  On two occasions, within two weeks in August of 2106, the vehicle completely shut down as my wife was driving.  All power was lost, making for an extremely unsafe situation.  Luckily, both occasions ended without incident.  After two trips to the dealer, the dealer keeping the car for a week, and multiple calls to GM, we were basically told that the car was fine and they couldn't help us.

Initially we hired a somewhat inexperienced firm to handle our case.  After being strung along for three months with limited contact from our attorney, I was told that the chances of winning the case were slim, and I might be better off just keeping the car.  This was not an acceptable solution for me, so I discharged that firm, and then luckily I found Kimmel and Silverman.

From the outset Bob Silverman was extremely helpful and professional.  Both he and Gracie kept in close contact with me throughout the process, and all of my calls and emails were returned within the same day (usually within the same hour!) I never felt that I was being rushed off of the phone.  In fact, they made me feel as if I were their top priority.  Bob was realistic throughout the process, and kept me informed of possible snags along the way, as he worked on my case.

In the end, the result was truly amazing!  During the time that we had been going through this process, I had been renting a car, as I felt the Chevy was too unsafe to drive.  We racked up some pretty hefty rental expenses during the time that our case was being resolved.  Not only was Bob able to get GM to buy back our vehicle, he also got them to reimburse all of our rental payments and all of our lease payments.

I am so thankful for the excellent service that Kimmel and Silverman provided.  Without them, I would most likely have been stuck with a very dangerous vehicle.  If you are having lemon law issues, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Short and sweet - they did an amazing job!  We found the staff very friendly, polite, and professional and we couldn't have hoped for a better result.  In the end, Fiat Chrysler America agreed to buy back our (lemon) 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the process didn't cost us a cent.  Kimmel and Silverman PC, fight for the little guy!
