Best shrimp sauce ever! Delicious hibachi chicken and mixed vegetables and all cooked to perfection!! Excellent customer service and a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend!!
When my plate of hibachi steak and shrimp came to the table. I smelled a little odor. Wasn't sure what it was. I looked around not realizing it was my hibachi plate. By the time I got half way through it my stomach started bothering me. I went to work on 2nd shift and had stomach problems all night. Ended up in bathroom at home with food poisoning. I will not go back. Ever.
The food is always good. But DO NOT GET TAKEOUT. The take out portions are horrible compared to when you dine in. From the start of you dine in your meal comes with soup and salad but not for takeout. Same price less food and then on top of that your entree will be not even close to what you get if you dine in. Long story sort if your looking for takeout choose another place or you will be disappointed
Service was terrible! This used to be one of my favorite places. Server seemed less than interested to be there let alone having customers. Sushi was not what I wanted what I wanted is pictured and see those nice plates? Nope. None of that either... Shrimp was tiny and overcooked, chicken was dry... Steak was ok. The first round of drinks were ok, had to flag down server for refills, to which he brought some orangish tea, so those with tea had to switch. Water was spilt on the table, no apologies or offer to clean up or towel to do so. We were all very excited it was most of my immediate family, no children... 8 people in total no one was satisfied and the bill was close to $140. My once favorite place is no more and I will not be going back. Pictures posted are from 2+years ago and the food and service couldn't have been further from tonight's.
Since I was going through Clemmons, I decided to grab some Japanese food at this location. I walked in the restaurant and was immediately greeted by the front hostess. She was very nice and placed my order very rapidly and gave me my wait time. I ordered my food for "to go," and the hostess allowed me to sit in their waiting area. There's a few TVs hanging along the walls, as well as Japanese inspired decorations.this place was also very clean and tidy. I recieved my order but I forgot to check my order before I walked out the restaurant. I asked for ginger sauce but was given white sauce bt mistake. Overall, the food was still good, and I will remember to check my food before leaving this restaraunt.
I absolutely love Kimono Japanese food because they do it right. If you want a tasty healthy dish. Head on down to this place and you won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
The food and sushi was good!! Prices are descent too. I'm definitely going back.
I've never been to Japan, so I can't say how authentic any ethnic foods are here in the US, but this is the best Japanese I've had! Prices aren't outrageous, and the Sushi is awesome!
Food and service great as always, but environment could use some updates
i love this place. my boyfriend and i eat here quite frequently. the man that usually takes our orders is so sweet. he always remembers us and always asks us how we've been. truly makes us feel like family. the food is always amazing. clean environment, and super nice staff.
