Can't beat how this place cultivates a tropical atmosphere, even for locals it's like a couple hour vacation! Stop by for happy hour, have some appetizers next to the fire pit and watch a full moon rise at sunset over the ocean. Kids are welcome and easily entertained at the beach and pool. Best vacation experience around hands down. We regularly consider staying here on weekends, even though we live 10 minutes away! maybe someday we'll actually follow through

We recently stayed there for our anniversary and could not have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and it seemed that everyone knew it was our anniversary and went out of their way to say something nice and make special accommodations. Rooms were very clean with plenty of space. Cobalt provided a great dinner and breakfast with an equally impressive view. Beach and pool area were well attended and clean. My ONLY "complaint" is not so much with the management but rather with patrons. We noted that many patrons would place towels on chairs to" hold" them but rarely even use them. Personally I/we don't function this way and if there is something management could do to set a policy prohibiting individuals or groups from holding seating and then leaving them unattended for a given length of time (e.g. two hours), that would certainly be a positive change. But again, overall the experience was great.

This is a unethical hotel. It is NOT A SPA OR SALON. This place is overpriced for a hotel pretending to be a SPA and SALON. They lie and say they have no massages and then the manager miracoulsy gets an appointment 10 minutes after we talk to them. Their FALSE ADVERTISING THEY ARE A SPA IS ILLEGAL AND GOOGLE SHOULD REMOVE THEM FOR LYING. The hair salon is not available and they try to send you somewhere in Vero Beach,not offering transport to some off hotel hair salon. The pictures of the pool are so deceptive. It is really quite Tiny. The front desk has one word to say NO. Don't bother staying here, you will be sorely disappointed. Also if you like a view of a parking lot, that is what the rooms offer.

I hope to change this rating by the end of my stay but to start, check in is 4pm and room wasn't ready till 536pm, desk was helpful so give them a 5, valet was very rude when I asked about handicap parking and when asked if I can use there cart I was told no so give them a 1. Pool and outside area very dirty, cups, trash and tree debris everywhere, I know it stormed by noone cleaning area, no outside lights on per there pictures so give them a 1. Room very nice and ocean view. Update, Tropical Storm Emily came and is gone so let's see how today is before I update my review. Sunny and hot already

Nice accommodations. Tv has limited channels. We did not receive room service every day. Pool nice. Everyone very pleasant and accommodating.
