Clean and people are nice; however, too many machines "out of order" and the BIG one- temperature on dryers is set so low you can never get your clothes completely dry! Makes them more $$, but how ANNOYING! Don't go unless you have the $$ and time to feed the dryers for hours to get your clothes dry, or you don't mind hanging them all over your apartment to dry once you get home.

Clean inside and it never seems to get really busy unlike the place on 10/Ellsworth which is almost always packed. Yes, there are machines out of order, but I've never had to wait as a result of not enough availability so it's not a real factor in my experience.

Never hot water is cheap owner.  Sucks.
