So everything is delicious, the girls are super friendly and can't wait to make a cheese sandwich with the parmesan and pepper loaf!! Today we purchased, a parmesan and pepper loaf, everything bagels, blueberry bagels,green chile cheddar croissant, prosciutto and gruyere croissant, and a raspberry brownie. Everything looks delicious and weve already enjoyed our croissants which definitely do not disappoint....
Due to dietary restrictions, my husband can only eat sourdough bread. What a gem Kind Bread Co is. The service is just as good as the wonderful products. The cinnamon rolls are sublime.
So this is a mixed review. The staff was awesome, the bread was yummy but the decor of the shop doesn't invite me back. It gave a dingy feel and was haphazardly put togther. The bread products were plopped any old way, some even still on the rack.The effort put into the product can be put a bit into the look of the shop. Just an idea ;
All the bread is so beautiful!! And my head nearly exploded at the site of the giant cinnamon rolls! It also tastes amazing!

Absolutely the best bakery in Las Cruces. You would have to visit Paris to get a croissant close to this delicious.
Oatmeal raisin cookies are perfect and when I asked if he had cinnamon rolls with frosting, he replied "they don't need frosting, they're just that good" AND HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
Their bread is amazing! My wife is sensitive to gluten and can have their sourdough bread so that's a big deal. Cinnamon rolls, bagels, croissants... Their hours suck though so it's impossible to get bagels for the office unless you buy them the afternoon before. Maybe they will expand their hours some day
Amazing food and customer service! They are very patient. They don’t allow the store to be over crowded so you may have to wait on the sidewalk a bit, but so worth it!! They are so kind LOL and they make you want to come back for more! They have things from bread to cookies to danishes to pre-made pizza dough! The cookies were so delicious that I almost cried because of how good they were! They were not too sweet, not too salty and soft in the inside with a semi-crunchy top. If you are worried about slicing one of their fabulous bread loaves, not a problem! They offer to slice their bread for you! Don’t just take my word for it! Go and try it yourselves!
We tried to support this business for some time. Pastries and bread are decent but harden unusually quickly. However, I have an immune issue so I’ve been wearing a respirator everywhere since the beginning of the pandemic. One time when I went into the shop to make a purchase, one of the staff was rude about the respirator, so we haven’t been back.
