Absolutely the best care I've ever received. We were pleased with their care. I think Kindred Hospital is an excellent place to be. Everyone treated me and my family with great respect. I cannot say enough about my doctor, the nurses, and all staff - just everyone was so good to me and my family.

I was a patient at this location for 5 months and my experience here was was pleasant and i didn’t have any issues with any of the staff. Mostly thank you to the physical therapist that worked with me 5x a week since the day I got here and really improved my ability to maneuver myself more efficiently and make me stronger, I didn’t think therapy would be an experience that I would cherish for a lifetime but changed my life forever. My physical therapist Allyssa pushed me everyday to be better and encouraged me try harder every single day and because of her I learned how to stand and walk after being a paraplegic for 27 years and really gave me hope to better myself. The nursing And wound care staff were great and really took care of me and I felt like they truly cared about me getting better. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed honest quality care for themselves or loved ones.

From the CEO down to Housekeeping and everyone in between. Treated my father, which was the patient and my mother that was there everyday with the utmost respect and professionalism. The nurses, respiratory therapists, CNAs were always helpful and kind. and the CEO made sure we always had a bilingual nurse to care for my dad and to answer any question my mother had. I highly recommend Kindred hospital south tampa!

I didn't know what to expect at an LTAC, but when my Dad arrived here a month ago I've put my faith in this facility to help him. He's not yet fully recovered, but his vitals are stable now. The staff has been very welcoming, and are some of the most caring and friendliest people I've met in a hospital. They're accommodating to family members, and would assist us with any request we have. The outside looks very deceiving since the inside is very similar to a hospital interior. They have all the tools, equipment, and medical specialists/staff to care for all sorts of acute cases. If I had to criticize something, the first thing to pop in my mind is the parking lot. Spaces are limited for both staff and visitors; it needs to be upgraded/expanded. Overall, our experience at Kindred has been positive. I felt less stressed out here than at other large hospitals in regards to my father's care.

To all the wonderful staff at Kindred Hospital, There are not enough words in the world to express my thanks to everyone here at Kindred. In the mist of my husbands tragic accident. the support and kindness truly helped me get through all of this, everyone jumped into action and cared for my husband as if he belonged to them. all the doctors and nurses, their every move was meticulous and done with such care and gentleness. all the while as that was happening, the supporting staff was seeing to me and my needs. From the secretary to house keeping and even the maintenance crew. The words of encouragement was exactly what I needed. They made sure I understood every step and why it was needed. Everyone saw to it that my husband and I had everything we needed to get through this, even the lunch room staff. as I walk down the hall every person I pass ask me if I need anything. I feel as though I'm being comforted by family. of course I have an un ending question about my husband, all of you take the time to answer or find the answer. We are on a long road to recovery however I'm confident that we are in the right place with the best atmosphere to accomplish a good recovery. So how do you thank someone for picking up the pieces and helping you put your life back together? I thank God for leading me to this wonderful place. I thank all of your for your dedication to your jobs which you make seem like just a natural part of your lives! Sincerely, Mrs. Longest
