Great gym.  Fantastic staff. Everyone is helpful.  Tons of great equipment. I have been lifting for over a decade and this is the best gym I've ever been too

Best gym in Tampa Bay, has everything you need. Joe the manager is awesome and all of the other staff members are great, Have been a member to many other gyms and this is hands down the BEST.

Really love this gym. Super friendly staff and members lots of plate loaded equipment. Heavy dumbells, 24 hour access really just a great gym.

would have given a 5 star but they have that dumb herbal life in there ..this gym is a body building gym we don't want to be bombarded with shakes to lose weight  other than that herbal life stuff good gym
