I never use cab services anymore because they're overpriced. One night I didn't have enough of Uber so I called a cab because I needed to get home. The guy hardly spoke a lick of English (no discrimination), they charge rape just to get down the road and the guy was late. This is why Uber is putting cab services out of business! They're faster, more efficient, cheaper and you get extremely friendly people. The guy that got me got so frustrated about the address of where I was located, I think he was more frustrated at the fact he didn't speak good English and I didn't speak his language. Don't know where this 5 star rating is from (probably the company themselves). Just stick to Uber and Lyft everyone. Save your money and time.

I used this service last week to get to work. So, the website links you to Palm Beach Yellow Cable,so not sure what's up with that. The guy who answered was my driver and his English was horrible to understand. I told him the address, when I needed to be there and when I want to be picked up. He said he'd be there. He was 20 minutes late and got lost. So lost that I a walked quite a bit away from my home to flag him down. Not to mention, when I got in the cab, I had to tell him this address yet again. I mean, line of communication, people. I got to work 10 minutes before my clock in, which is besides the point since we agreed to a time and I was stressed about being late. Another thing, I calculated the price according to the website, which was $44 and some change for 17 miles, but somehow I owed over $60... and they were late... and got lost. So, I don't know where this 5 star rating came from, but no. I do NOT recommend this website or service. NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A PINCH. Ask a friend for a ride, or even an Uber or Lyft. Two things I've never used, but I bet they're more reliable. Good day.

Extremely difficult time just to communicate with anyone at this company.  I see now why Uber is so popular.

The driver was friendly. However the can was dirty like he lived in it. He couldn't operate his gps and I had to direct him even though I barely knew where I was going. They charges me 6  times what lyft would.
