Rented a wheelchair from them following my Achellis tendon surgery. Staff was friendly and helped us when we went to the store. The problem started when we called back trying to get the leg rest attachment, we needed it for sunday so we started calling the Wednesday before, they continually put us on hold or sau they would check and get back with us. They never did after calling them for 3 days, called back on saturday and was told nothing could happen till Monday, just a very frustrating situation during a difficult time.
