I ha an A/C inspection and tune up.  Dennis called to tell me he was on the way was prompt and polite.  Dennis takes the time to explain what he is doing and his findings.  Works carefully being careful to work cleanly leaving no dirt behind.  Dennis has been here on previous service calls I have confidence in his knowledge and experience.  Since he is always cheerful and polite I was glad to see he was assigned this call.  it was a pleasure to have him work here.  .

We recently contacted King because we needed to replace both our AC and Heater.  Within two days we had an appointment to discuss our needs.  Our initial contact was very positive.  We not only agreed to go ahead, but were surprised it was set up so quickly.  Due to the attic installation and the high temperature, Tim, Tim, and Brandon had several challenges.  After working all day, they found it didn't work.  They felt they knew what was wrong but arranged for a service person to check out the equipment.  After a few calls by us the service person came out the next day.  He didn't seem to have too much of an interest and said we should call on Monday.  We did.  Tim and Brandon came back out with a replacement part (manufacturer problem with the first) and was able to complete the job.  Tim, Tim and Brandon were considerate of  our house, put down tarps where needed and answered any questions we had about the set up.  We were very pleased with the work and attitude that Tim, Tim and Brandon showed.

King Heating and AC have awesome employees who are knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  Ken Ahrens, King's Operations Manager, has always addressed any concerns I have had in a VERY satisfactory manner.  Recently he sent service technician,Justin Davis to install a new thermostat for me.  Justin was amazing!  He set it up exactly how I wanted it set up and very patiently explained everything to me.  I HIGHLY recommend calling King for any heating or ac needs you may have.

Had to call the 24/7 line, was setup with an appointment within an hour for the next day.  Everything went smooth.  Really like when that they call to tell you they are 10 minutes away.  As a busy, parent that allows me to shuttle my kids to spots as needed.  Will be using them again in the future.
