our realtor suggested we use this insurance. they accepted us and set us all up for our house insurance. they never said they were restricted on dogs, breeds, anything. All of a sudden we got a letter in the mail canceling our policy because “a new hazard came up.” the only thing that changed is they asked me my 2 dogs breed, and they didn’t even meet my dogs. just claimed her as a hazard, and canceled our policy with no warning. definitely do not recommend, they do not communicate at all, and they are picky on your animals.
