Attorneys Carly Surber, Rachel King, and staff at King Law Firm helped me with estate planning during my recent visit to update my will. After moving to another location over an hour away, I didn't hesitate to drive the distance for a return visit to meet for help from attorneys I can count on and trust.

Carly Surber, who assisted me during my recent visit, readily and thoroughly answered my pages of questions, clearly communicated and explained the law, simplified the process, and made it understandable. This really set my mind at ease!

They helped me immensely by greatly reducing my worry about the future, so I can focus on living my life now!

Rachel has been my lawyer for a couple of years now. From helping me set up my LLC to dealing with family issues, she has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is she on top of everything that comes up, buts he knows her clients cases (at least mine) inside out. Professional doesn't begin to describe her. She will fight for you until she is satisfied with the result. I can attest to that. Thank you Rachel for having my best interest always!

I was referred to Rachel King by a neighbor of mine. Upon retaining her services, and supplying all the paperwork and background research she would need to get my case going, I was beyond disapointed to find that nothing was done. Ms. King did not call me with updates, instead, I had to call her. When I did call for an update, and spoke to not her, but her secretary, she informed me that I would need to pay an additional $2,500 for a particular service, besides the retainer fee of $1,700. Ms. King originally told me that this particular service would be included in the retainer fee. 
 
Since she had not done anything regarding my case, and was wanting me to pay more for a service that was to be included initially, I did not feel confident that I should continue our business relationship and informed her of how displeased I was and that I should receive a full refund since nothing had been done on my behalf. She refused my request for a refund. 

As to reinforce my decision, I randomly met a lady at a business I frequent to make copies. During our conversation, she noticed Ms. Kings name on the paperwork that I was making copies of and mentioned to me that she had similar negative experiences with her. 

I would never recommend Rachel King and strongly suggest she improve her business practices and loyalty to her clients.
