Todd, Greg and staff at King Motors were great to deal with when my wife and I were buying her a new suburban. They did have the one she wanted on the car lot, but worked hours on end to find the perfect one and had it to there the next day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a vehicle to stop in at King Motors.

Lies after lies after lies. Trying to get a car from them was the biggest waste of time ever. I've talked to all of the salesman and none of them knew anything about the car I wanted. Then they kept assuring me that the vehicle was great and some older male had it from Arizona and traded it in. Wrong! It came from Canada. No warranties. No inspection done. No extended warranty place would even consider looking at it because gm needed to do an inspection. They swore the instrument cluster was changed by gm and tried to tell me it takes a long time for it to show up in the computer. 3 months? Bull. I even called gm multiple times and they said they have no record. Every time I asked questions about the car and the power terrain warranties they were so rude to me and wouldn't give me a straight answer for anything. The detailing on the car was awful. Still so dirty and stunk. And I looked at two different vehicles.

Awful customer service! Wouldn't sell me a car for 2 days after I was pre approved and had a lot of money down. Would never go back!

Very easy to deal with and was sold a used Accord in perfect condition. I recommended this dealer to everyone I know and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definately buy another vehicle here when I am in the market again.
