There were so many of the cutest puppies! And the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The tall man with glasses was so nice and especially so patient with my kids I almost asked him if he could babysit. Top quality customer service! The dogs are in great hands.

I was looking for a ferret to adopt from here. I really wanted an all white one like i had years ago. She was the sweetest, but got cancer and passed away. They didnt have one so the man said he would order me one. I had to purchase her and all her belonging that day and I would be called when she arrived. So I paid 400 for a cage, food, dishes, hammock, toys, food, litter box, litter, and of course herself. When they called I was so excited. We rushed there with my three kids and I was able to play with her before I took her home. Well, she was the meanest little thing I had ever encountered. She bit my finger so hard I was bleeding. Super aggressive. I told them i no longer wanted to adopt her. They tried to convince me that she is so young and scared. I told them I had adopted a young ferret before from an animal welfare league and she was the sweetest. I want a full refund I told him. They tried everything to not refund me. Tried saying well you can still keep the cage and stuff just buy another ferret somewhere else. I told them no I don't want anything from this store. They finally refunded me.

I went to King Neptune because my kids wanted a hamster. Within One week of coming home, the hamster head bit me all the way to the bone. We found out the reason shortly after. The hamster was a female and ended up having babies. Since they were born and get them away from their mother, they were amazing and very healthy. I called King Neptune's place to let them know that the female had babies and they told me to bring the babies in. They were not going to even offer me any money for the hamsters. That is the reason why I kept the two. I would never buy a pet from there again, as they were not very knowledgeable about all the pets that they have there as well as their health.

Favorite pet store around. I would always go to this family owned business rather than a big chain Pet store! The animals are treated so well and they always know the specifics about each and every animals there, you cant say that about other puppy stores! Support small businesses like this, not large chain stores, there animals are so much heathlier!:)

Over priced, horrible customer service and barely any selection. The manager was sitting at the counter the whole time didn't bother to greet us when we walked in and continued to sit on his tablet. Another family walked in as well and he just sat there. Hard to believe that they have been in business for 35 years. Will not be going back.
