If there was less than 1 star I would leave it. With that being said, all I can rate is customer service as we were not able to bowl, eat, or anything else for that matter. Two families (total of ten) call ahead to see if there is open bowl. They assure us they'd be more than happy to accommodate. I live 6 miles away, so we were there in about 10 minutes. Upon arrival we see it's pretty busy, but that there are 4 open lanes. I approach the cashier and begin the check in process. The woman behind the counter, who happens to be the manager, AND the person who took our call, informs us that they are full and we'd have at least a 45 minute wait. I quickly explain that we were the people.who just called and were told there was room for us. She explained to us that she was sorry, but those lanes were reserved. I said " you specifically told me on the phone that there were NO reservations". Her answer to this was that a couple of their employees reserved the lanes, and that they were not aware there was a "no reservations" policy. I actually laughed out loud as I thought she was joking. Needless to say, it was no joke. We decided to head over to Circle B, and were treated exactly how customers should be, and the bowling was actually half the price as Kingpin. I think it's obvious I will never return, but I feel the need to state it as their ignorant manager may need it explained.

I stopped in to have a beer and check out the crowd. For a Monday it was pretty busy. It seem like a pretty average bowling alley but I see more potential then they were putting out. I definitely would go back.

Everything was really amazing. I would give it five star except one of the bartenders was extremely awful. I believe her name was Tara. I get be flirty to get tips but she took it way to far and was extremely inappropriate and seemed to be messed up on something or drunk. We weren't the only one bothered by her either. She made a lot of people there uncomfortable and it seemed she was upseting some of her co-workers as well with her inappropriate behavior and touches.

Not an Ale House! Their beer selection in mediocre and the bartenders don't have knowledge of any beer on tap. I asked what kind of beer and they said "I don't know, a nitro?" Also they didn't know the difference between Sprite and Seltzer. Bowling is what they do best. Don't go there for the beer.

It is a really nice place with a great look. There are 24 nice lanes and they supply shoes and bowling balls. They have new scoring screens too. They also serve great food and drinks with a bar on the other side of the bowling lanes. They also have retro games for kids to play.
