If I could give a zero, I would. I lived in one of their units for over 3 years. Getting them to do any sort of maintenance was impossible even though one of their workers lived right across the street from me. When I moved out, they took my deposit and told me they were using it to do a professional cleaning of the unit and repair a rip in the floor. The new tenant contacted me and I found out they did neither; the place was never cleaned and the rip is still to this day, almost 7 months later, in the floor. I’m appalled and out $900 because of their actions or lack there of. Do not rent from them!

King Real Estate is a great Real Estate Company. Tracy has gone above and beyond to help me find this perfect apartment for my family. Tracy even had the walls painted the colors I preferred before I moved in. The office staff is personable and professional. If I ever had an issue I call Tracy and within minutes the problem is solved. My apartment complex is a safe, clean and quiet place to live. Grateful for Tracy! I wish there were more hard-working, compassionate people like her in the real estate business She is the best!

I've lived in the Woodbridge Associates Condos since January 2017. The process of entry was positive and well organized. Minor carpet or woodwork issues were very promptly resolved. The Project Manager is most professional! She's attentive. She listens, understands and acts without delay. I appreciate the excellent service! In summary, my experience has been quite favorable!

Great service, prompt communication and a pleasure dealing with the property manager Tracy. No run around or hassle. It was a pleasure and relief to be able to to see the task through without the endless hoops.

Is it by sheer coincidence that all the 'positive' reviews were written around the same time, 2 months ago? Were they offering a free month's rent to anyone that wrote something good?
