I had a rear bearing that needed to be replaced on my car, so we decided to replace both of them even though the other one was still fine. We were planning on taking off the hubs and bringing them in to save on labor, but one of the bolts connecting the knuckle was thoroughly rusted and we couldn't get it off even with an impact wrench, so we took the entire car in to get the bearings replaced. 

About a year later one of the bearings went out again, the one with the rusted bolt, I had since moved to New Mexico, so I couldnt bring it back to KIngs, but the shop that did the replacement said that the bolt was completely seized and had to be demolished in order to be removed. 

 New bearings should not fail that quickly, and I didnt think that kings would have been able to get that bolt off either without demolishing it, and even if they had managed to get it off I dont think that enough rust would have grown on the bolt over one year in the desert to make it impossible to remove. Which leads me to believe that kings decided not to replace that bearing (because that one didnt need replacing at the time) but charged us for it anyway.

King's is awesome. I've lived in Fort Collins for the last 6 years and have brought in a number of different vehicles over the years.  They have always be honest with the work that needs to be done and they offer a very good value.

King's Auto Center recently credited me for a repair done at another mechanic that may or may not have been caused by a technician error at King's over a year ago. I have full confidence in this mechanics' work, they charge no more than necessary and often less than other mechanics would, despite providing exceptional service. Even if they did make a small error, their readiness to correct it shows that they are honest and capable.
