Would've left 0 if I could. Just called to let them know they had chipped paint and left a dent on my frame and the door is pulled out and they argued claiming they use plastic, not metal and that it's never happened before. Didn't deal with it. Got my keys so I guess goal reached :/ Posted the photos Because you know, sounded like I was lying and all.

Inexperienced help and outrageous prices . Was quoted one price and guaranteed that was with programming to find out it was a lie. Ended up paying over a $100 for a key with programming only costs $75 at dealership and other locksmiths

They do a lot of work for a pretty reasonable price! Also, very helpful and knowledgeable!

I just had to drive 30 miles each way to get 3 Primus keys made a second time since they were not keyed correctly the first time. The keys would not even go into the door lock. This is the only place I can get these keys made and the owner said I'm sorry and never asked what he could do to make the situation better. The first visit took over an hour long, since the 2 people in from of us had to have their keys made multiple times and the person working there that day has never made a Primus key before. I would give no stars, but you have to give one star to get the review to post.

Fast; prompt after-hours call; very experienced & friendly. Saved us money and time by finding clever way of going in thru garage door (otherwise, front door locks needed to be drilled out). Thank you, Mr. King!!
