If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for delivery using a credit card, only to receive a call 10 minutes later that the credit card machine was broken, and they asked if I had cash which I did not. The order was then cancelled and I ordered delivery from another restaurant. Fast forward 2 HOURS LATER, I have eaten and am satisfied , to be surprised by a knock at the door.. who could it be? Kings woK delivery man, holding a pile of food and a receipt for said food that they CHARGED ON MY CARD ANYWAY. I sent the food back and called the restaurant immediately and they first of all acted as if they didn't understand English, second said they were not at the restaurant to fix the discrepancy (I called the resturant) and third refused to refund my money. REFUSED although the order was cancelled because they had no way to take a payment over 2 hours before AND the food was sent back. Now have to deal with all the bank b/s to despute the charge.. avoid Kings wok like the plague.

I wrote a bad review that I am retracting since it was meant for China Jade. I never ate at Kings Wok so I'll give them three stars as a benefit of a doubt.
