This grocery store is a total dump. Not once have I ever gone in there and been able to buy everything that I needed. They are always out of least one thing, and I’m not talking about something random and off the wall, I’m talking about blueberries, chicken, ground turkey, low sodium soy sauce - simple throngs that their stick manager should be able to ensure adequate supply of. 90% of the time the shelves are half empty because they ah ent been restocked. I haven’t seen a low sugar Monster drink there in over a week. They also randomly just stop selling stuff that was always available, the Salada brand decaf green tea I always bought here…poof gone! They never have any of the smaller shopping carts available and you’re lucky if you get a bagger in the regular checkout aisles, otherwise you have to scramble to empty your cart, pay and bag your groceries. Unfortunately there’s nothing better in the area but recommend avoiding if at all possible.
I'm a student at ThunderRidge highschool. This location recently made a rule that only 5 students can be let in at a time. This is due to stealing and I understand that it's an issue but I feel that it's very unfortunate they now have to punish the whole student community who used to enjoy going here. Also lots of staff are very rude to students. When a lot of us are very respectful. I feel that they could have instead had students leave their bag at the door but instead students are refused entry even in cold weather.
This location is finally doing something about the student chaos around the lunch hour. Well-stocked, clean, and usually not a terrible wait for self-checkout. Starbucks isn't always open during the posted hours. Most employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful.
Krogers management continues to support political radicals in front of their store. Person tonight got made at me because I would not sign a petition and then she began to argue with me. I strongly believe in the political process but we all don't agree. Respect that.
They keep replacing the self checkout kiosks with the silly conveyor belt ones. Instead of six people being able to check out at once there can only be two. The lines are hilarious because of it, sometimes running an entire isle length. When you are done scanning you have to walk 15 feet to finally bag your groceries, and by then the next person in line is already scanning their stuff, so their stuff starts mixing with your groceries. I'm guessing someone at corporate has a kid in conveyor belt sales or something, because otherwise you'd have to be incredibly stupid to think these are a good alternative to the usual self checkout machines.
Good enough, as usual. I'm not looking how much the cost of food has gone up since memorial day up to 90% price increase on things we commonly buy.
Store has been redesign - not enough space between isles for other carts to pass each other and the personal store shoppers/carts are all over - very crowded - sorry, I don't like it & plan to go at odd hours - still find lots of shelves out of stock
The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The produce is reliably fresh & plentiful. A quick sushi grab or Starbucks in store is a bonus for us on the run! We do find that often times they are out of stock of some of our favorite staple items which is a bummer & recently upon picking up our online grocery order it was quite the wait, but they made it up by taking $25 off of our order. They are definitely in need of more staff. Overall we’re much happier with this store than some other options that we have here on the West side of Highlands Ranch.
Shopped here for the holidays. Visited family in Highlands Ranch and this is the closest store. It was extremely busy as to be expected but store was clean, well stocked and employees were friendly and helpful. I didn't know where anything was so needed directions Best part about the store is the Cheese Lady!! She's awesome. Very knowledgeable about cheeses and helped us pick out the best options for our cheese tray. I wish our grocery store back home had a cheese lady like her!
Super deceptive pricing, per pound, not per bag. Read the fine print. Otherwise everything is overpriced compared to Target, Walmart, and even Safeway. Do yourself a favor and price compare online for an item to see what each charges. KS always seems to be more, and not by a small amount. Often 50% higher on some items I buy. Galbani Ricotta cheese is $7.99 at KS, around $5.50 everywhere else. That is 50% higher at KS!
