Great produce and extremely helpful produce manager.  Staff always willing to help with bags.

This is by far the least competent pharmacy I have ever been to.

I called the pharmacy on Saturday to have my prescription transferred from a Kroger pharmacy in Michigan and then filled.  I informed the pharmacist that I wouldn't be able to come in to pick it up until Sunday or Monday.  She told me that would be fine, she would get it filled that day and I can come get it at my earliest convenience.  A few hours later I received a phone call informing me that my prescription was filled.  Fantastic!

I was unable to stop by on Sunday and instead stopped by on Monday during my lunch break to quickly get my prescription.  Instead, I was informed that there was no record of my prescription ever being filled out or of a phone call ever being made to me.  They eventually found the correct script and asked if I had 15-20 minutes to wait.  I told them I did not and asked that it be filled for when I could stop back after work that day.  I was told that was "not a problem" and that it would be ready when I came back after 5 pm.  

I returned after work only to find out that my prescription STILL had not been filled.  Extremely irritated at this point I began to ask why it had not been filled and more importantly what happened to the one that was filled on Saturday.  A pharmacists came over who happened to be the individual I spoke to on Saturday.  She informed me that she had taken the call and filled the prescription out but didn't know where it went.  HOW THE HELL ARE YOU A PHARMACIST AND YOU CAN'T KEEP TRACK OF DRUGS AND MEDICATIONS?!  She asked if I could wait 15-20 minutes for her to fill it again.  I told her 'no, I have some where else to be.'  She informed me that it would take 5 minutes.  I begrudgingly said 'Ok' as I needed the prescription that day.  The entire time I was waiting for my prescription, the pharmacy staff was blatantly speaking about me right in front of me.  18 minutes later I was finally being called back up to the counter to pick up my prescription.  I was livid.  If you can't truly accomplish a task in 5 minutes, DON'T tell me it will only be 5 minutes.

This isn't the first issue I have had with this pharmacy.  I will NEVER get another prescription filled here due to their extreme lack of customer service, competence, and ability to do their own jobs.
