King Valet Parking

The parking attendant of the L.A. Chinatown that your company services is very rude!! He was argumentative and somewhat violent. It was 10 pm. Friday (3 Apr 2015) night and the lot was not even half full when I parked, jose, your parking attendant that night started yelling at my face and demanded I pay him. I explained that I was going across the street to go to the ATM to get cash. He even taunted me to push him and said that if I do, I would lose. Then he told me that the parking lot is not the bank's parking lot. He said that I should leave and park somewhere else. So, I decided to go somewhere else. I was afraid that if I park in that parking lot, my car would be vandalized. I'm not sure about the rest of your parking attendant, but that guy, jose, sure NEEDS an extensive training on how to be courteous with people, especially customers. And definitely not to be yelling on a customer's face. That's definitely not a good business practice.

They don't tell you what time they close, they don't answer your phone calls no matter what time of the day I had to pay a $70 dolor taxi cab ride home, and I don't know where my car is now.
