Good customer service. If I have any questions, they get answered. Sometimes, it is slow getting my prescriptions filled but they are always so busy.

Fantastic little pharmacy!!! Wish there are more like this instead of the big chain pharmacies!!! 
Great staff, good medicine, and an overall wonderful little pharmacy!

King William Pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy to go to. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and considerate. They always have my medication in stock, which is a problem at other places like Walgreens, and their prices are also a lot better than the big chains. There's no recorded messages when you call, you get an actual person, and even in rough weather,  like the snow we had this past winter, they are there bright and early.

It's so nice to have a business where an actual human being answers the phone.  Sometimes the pharmacist even answers it personally.  I've been getting medicine here for more than ten years, and I hate it when I have to go to any other pharmacy (on vacations, etc.).  I've never had to wait in long lines here, and I really like the fact that it's family owned and operated.
