Very rude counter staff. No wonder there were no patrons to be seen, he is definitely in the wrong business.

I used to go to the Kingfisher bookstore and I loved the atmosphere and unique book selection, but I recently called to see if they had a book in stock and the lady wouldn't even help me over the phone.  When I told her the name and asked if they had it in stock she replied "No we don't" and hung up on me.  I was appalled at the lack of customer service and the lady's audacity...I don't know how you expect to survive in an economy like this if you treat your potential customers with such a lack of manners.
