I have been a loyal customer for years. I have always had a good experience until today. The product they brought to my home was missing parts. They tried to charge extra to go get the needed parts. I told the tech, this was wrong, and he did make a small adjustment to the bill. I understand the missing parts was not their fault, but it was not mine either. If they want remedy, then they should look to their supplier and not the customer.

Installed my furnace in a day. I get yearly check ups. Very thorough and always very informative. I highly recommend Kings. They know what they are doing and care about the customer.

I have used Kings for a few years now. Never have they been anything but professional. I have used other local companies and been very dissatisfied with their work, even to the point of having to call King to fix my problem. Every company makes mistakes. That is just part of life. I'm calling Kings today and have them inspect my boiler before winter. Don
