Most recent call (7-27-17): I got put on hold after they gathered my account info and couldn't answer a question. A different person came on the line and asked "This "Name," How can I help you?' 1st, Transferring a customer without telling them is rude.  2nd, Transferring someone you were helping but was unable to help, without letting the new person you are transferring them to for assistance, let alone not explaining a single thing about the issue, so they have to start all over with my account info, and my issue, like I was never there, is both rude and lazy. 3rd, If the training is so bad that the employees use the each others lack of knowledge as an excuse, then fix #1 and #2 so its still slightly resembles professionalism. 

The Bad: For the most part this is still a "1-Star" establishment every time I deal with them. Others may have "5-Star" experiences, but I doubt the consistency.  

I'm taking away 1 star for the consistently poor customer service. (With the exception of Ryan - Edited 8-31-17 and Connie, nice and helps out when you are not expecting it or asking for it.) Remember that customer service isn't just about smiling or sounding pleasant on the phone. How well you can answer questions and solve issues, among st other things, is part of it. 

I'm taking another 1 star away for the $5 credit card processing fee, $8 if you use a Master Card. (They sure like to explain why and all that but I don't care. They'll even probably offer some response below but there is no reason that justifies it. I pay all my bills with the card over the phone and all but two cost nothing, and the other one costs around $2. Get us a better deal. 

The Good: Ryan and the board of directors will do what they can to help you out in ways that no others can when you are in that great of a need. I am grateful for them, and they are the reason three stars remain. 

I will update as the experience changes, for better or worse.

They were really helpfull. and was able to get me into the truck i wanted. And they have an awesome loan officer!

We came to Kings Peak to get a car loan for a new car we bought. They were very helpful  and great to work with.  We would recommend anyone to go to Kinga Peak to get  their loan.  Thank yoU...KINGS PEAK!
