Some good shops in the downtown core of fredericton. Main bus stops just outside so you can catch a bus anywhere in the city. Some good places to eat and even a yoga studio. Hidden little gem in the downtown

Not much going on here... Food court and dollar store with a second cup, bank and a miniature convenience store. Also, this is the downtown bus hub.

This place needs a shot in the arm. Would love to see empty stores fill up. Security is generally level headed and the cleaning staff is diligent.

An old mall in downtown fredericton. There is a big Dolarama store, second cup and food court inside and shops inside.

A lot of empty stores. I am not sure if the rent is the problem or the big box stores have squashed King's Place too. Plenty of people are in the downtown area shopping at all the shops and the restaurants seem to be doing well. Perhaps, lowering the rent a bit may attract new entrepreneurs. Our Premier seems to be giving out plenty of money to help companies outside of our province. Maybe try him.
