It's a shopping center so it's hard to rate.  It's composed of a lot of different stores most of which are 5 star stores.  But since this is about the shopping center, I'll say it's clean, modern and conveniently located on a busy intersection.  At Christmas, it's very nicely decorated and  adds to the festive season.

I'm so glad you added more dining to this shopping center la Madeline is a perfect addition. The shops walking area is completely shaded and covered so it helps make your shopping in the ever changing West Texas weather manageable. All the stores are very open and spacious and it's easy to maneuver strollers throughout.

I like the layout of the parking lot, not super cramped like other places.  The parking lot I'd well maintained and clean.  I enjoy shopping at Sprouts, James Avery, Bath and Body Works, and Ann Taylor; they are all located here!  A few other places I have yet to adventure into

This is more of a high end shopping center, but it has a little bit of something for everyone like jewlery, bath and bodyworks, men and women's clothes (focused more on business attire), as well as eateries like La Madeleine (french cafe) and Menchies (froyo). It's a very beautiful and pleasant area and usually has something going on around the holidays.

Have shopped numerous shops in this center lately.  Love that Kingsgate Center is always clean and neat.  Parking lot never a mess, sidewalks always picked up and store windows glistening.  A delight in our sometimes dusty city.
