Excellent service, showed up when they say they would and conducted a complete and thorough serving of my 2 fireplaces.

Very little communication to ensure adequate services provided. Charged $100 for 15 minute inspection.  
Although actual technician that made the service call was informative and pleasant. The company/manager neglected to disclose charges for service call and made no follow up. 

Would need to know some corrective action took place before would consider again.
