They didn’t have mozzarella sticks for a while while I protested. I asked kindly and they brought them back. Thank you guys for bringing back these awesome mozzarella sticks.Food: 5/5
It's lowkey lashon Hara to say how bad it was but not gonna lie. This pizza is not good! not sure why most bachurim think it's good , barely toasted and basically coldFood: 1/5
Dated looks; cutting edge pricing. You're gonna pay to play, but it's an ok, no frills pizza. And they are open late seasonal. I didn't care much for anything else on the menu, other than the fries. Side note: They have pizzas "on backup" baked, boxed and ready to go on top of the oven. This certainly helps their online delivery service and cuts wait times in half. But if you want that freshly baked pie, you're gonna have to wait, or you won't get it altogether. When I ordered a pie and asked for a fresh one, the server handed me a "backup" one and said, take it or leave it. Sorry. That's a no-no. Cashiers keep changing, so your experience will vary based on who's there at the time. I keep going back because it's not a bad pizza, and it's local, and sometimes it does hit the spot. I'd give this place a full five stars if they can justify their prices with a clean and presentable atmosphere, and better service.
The pizza is fine. The service is terrible. I ordered 6 pies, She brought me 6 sauces, I asked for more and said it was not the first time they gave me some. Instead of apologizing, she answered me: 'We are so kind with you, and you are ungrateful, next time you won't get anything' Of course she understood the unfairness and at the same time brought me additional sauces.. But the bad taste of the terrible service could not be erased.
We had to wait over an hour for our pizza which was of inferior quality to nearby establishments. We went there for the convenience of the location but it turned out to be a poor choice as the wait was horrendous as well as the quality of the actual food. It would have been faster and more convenient to go to a further establishment as we would have gotten our food earlier and it would have been a better taste.
Fries are OK. The gf pizza tastes ok. The cheese slid off right away and way to much sauce.Food: 3/5
I ordered delivery from here. And the woman cashier her name was Chaveny probably not spelling that right was like super rude to me didn't know how to communicate what she was saying and hung up on me. So I called back asked to speak to a manager. She said no manager here. I said well let me speak to someone who is more in charge than you. She said there's only the pizza guy and the fry guy. And then she puts down the phone and screams the situation I guess out to the room I can hear her over the phone cause someone picks up the phone and tries to communicate to me what she so badly communicated to me on the last call. And this person tells me I am not in charge either I AM JUST A CUSTOMER TRYING TO HELP because I saw the cashier was getting flustered so I stepped in. LMMAOO. What a trainwreck. Never ordering from that place again.
The pizza is the best standard pizza in crown heights however that's because all pizza in crown heights is under average but it's still pizza and still good in my opinion Kid-friendliness: Full family sized tables Wheelchair accessibility: Standard No steps
Worst service in the world. The only reason they exist is due to having the best pizza. Which is why no one cares. So take the bad while you eat the good.
A bit grimy but that's what we all like about it. This is a no-nonsense pizza shop with solid NY slice. Nothing pretentious about this place.Food: 5/5
