Fantastic place! I walked around the store for a couple of hours and could probably have stayed a lot longer. Great selection of Manga both in English and Japanese, as well as other books more typical to the average bookstore. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. I'll definitely have to come again sometime!

Visiting NY and stopped by this store with my family. The store has an amazing selection of Japanese literature and merchandise. The staff are very nice and attentive. I will for sure be coming back if I ever come back to New York. Shout out to the manager for being a cool guy!

I love this place. I come for the pens, but usually stay around and browse the huge collection of books and magazines. Even if you don't read Japanese, there are lovely art books to look through. I also like all the crafting guides - many are so well illustrated you don't really need to understand the text.

This is where you go if you can't afford  airfare to Tokyo to buy a pen. Because they have so many insane art supplies and stationery items and books and knick knacks and I can't remember half of what I saw. I kept picking things up, carrying them around and then putting them back because I saw something else and I'm not made of money. This place is great. I'm thinking of becoming a member, it's $25 a year. Because I need another card in my wallet.

One of my favorite places in midtown. Great selection on books and cute gifts. They also have a ton of Japanese anime and comics. The cafe on the second floor is also wonderful. Great place to snack and look out over Bryant Park.
